Meet Community Manager Annika
Hi, i‘m Annika 🙋🏻♀️
Since 2012 I’m visiting parties and festivals all over Europe and from this day on I was working as an ambassador. What once started with hand to hand promotion with flyers at parties or scene hot spots or selling hard copy tickets to my friend by sending them via mail changed extremely over the last few years. Today I won’t have to buy all the tickets previously before I can go on and sell them to my friends. Today I’m hardly forced to spread flyers all over my town and the rewards I get increased extremely. The job of an ambassador simplified itself for me over the years with the rise of social media. The main part of my work environment is located online, and I can do it on remote from my own computer. As I my social network is definitely bigger online the challenge of selling tickets also decreased for me.
Since 2017 I’m now working for Hypd as a community manager for your ambassadors. That means that I’m the connection between you and the event organizer/brand and that I’m the one who can help you if any problems will occur. Conditioned by my longstanding experience in the tasks of an ambassador I know how to help you with nearly every problem you could have.
Now let’s get to some personal stuff:
Originally, I’m from Mannheim where I did my A-Level and worked for the first years as an ambassador for some nightclubs and streetwear labels. With seventeen I moved to Stuttgart where I now live with my boyfriend and my cat. Right now, I’m studying information science at a local media university and I’m also doing a pretty good ambassador job for three big international festivals in Germany, the Netherlands and Croatia. I’m mostly spending my weekends by traveling through Germany and its neighboring countries for visiting different cities and visiting the local nightclub scene. While doing so I musically mostly prefer electronic music of all kinds, but I would also never say no to some good old classic rock!
I’m very excited about working with you and I’m keeping my fingers crossed that you can enjoy doing the job of an ambassador as much as I do.
All the best wishes
